By the time you leave Rwanda you will have seen and experienced the friendly nature of the population and sometime ask the question;

“How could such a peaceful pleasant society turn in on itself to conduct the horror of the genocide?”

What you see and learn may help you to understand that any society can be manipulated by devious governments given the appropriate predisposing conditions.
